Impressed with the dedication shown by Police Inspector Gautam, the Commissioner of Police assigns him to police a lawless town, which is over-run by criminals, and where no police officer has survived for more than a few days. Gautam accepts this assignment, and travels to this town. He finds the town is indeed over-run by criminals, and ruled over by arrogant and aristocratic Dharamdutt. When Dharamdutt comes to know about Gautam, he asks his personal hit-man to get rid of him. The personal hit-man is none other than Govinda - a man who has never been beaten by anyone.

Das ganze Leben lang träumt Gautam Khanna davon, nach London zu ziehen und dort zu arbeiten. Eines Tages geht sein Wunsch in Erfüllung und er bekommt einen Job. Der Wunsch seiner Mutter Nita ist, dass er erst ein Mädchen heiratet bevor er aufbricht. In Meera Gupta findet sie die geeignete Partnerin. Doch weder Gautam noch Meera verrät sie ihr Vorhaben. Dort lernt Gautam die schöne Veronica D'Costa kennen und verliebt sich kurze Zeit später in sie. Jedoch ist Veronica bereits in Jeremy Viegas verliebt. Auch Meera ist in der Zwischenzeit von Gautam angetan, während Jeremy ein Auge auf Meera geworfen hat.
