Seit zwei Jahren hat er deshalb kein Buch mehr geschrieben. Umso erstaunter ist seine Frau Antara, als er ihr einen neuen Roman über das Leben der Tamanna ankündigt. Um diese Kunstfigur zum Leben zu erwecken, nutzt er seine schöne Frau als Vorlage. Als der junge Fotografie-Dozent Yash sie eines Tages anspricht, rät ihr Shaukat, dass sie doch ihr Leben geniessen, Freundschaften schliessen und mit Yash flirten solle. Antara ist verdutzt, gibt aber nach, und freundet sich tatsächlich mit Yash an. Der ahnt nicht, dass Antara verheiratet ist, und so verliebt er sich unsterblich in sie. Beide wissen nicht, dass sie nur als Vorlage für die Figuren in Shaukats Roman dienen.

Arjun Verma (Fardeen Khan) und sein Bruder überfallen eine Bank und erbeuten dabei eine Menge Geld. Dumm nur, dass sie Gangsterboss Sikander (Gulshan Grover) damit beraubt haben und der alles andere als glücklich darüber ist. Er will sein Geld zurück. Um seiner Forderung etwas mehr Glaubwürdigkeit zu schenken, lässt er Arjuns Bruder eiskalt ermorden. Arjun bleibt nichts andere übrig als einen Plan zu entwickeln, wie er Geld beschaffen kann um Sikander ruhig zustellen. Ihm bleiben nur wenige Tage Zeit um das alles zu schaffen und ein ständiger Bewacher macht es ihm dabei nicht leichter. Auch die hübsche Natassha (Koena Mitra) scheint Arjun zunächst mehr im Weg als eine große Hilfe zu sein. Nach und nach allerdings entpuppt sich die Schönheit als ein Geschenk des Himmels. Arjun hat nämlich größere Pläne als Sikander nur sein Geld wieder zu beschaffen.
