Die beiden schrägen Vögel Fong Ka Ho und Octopus arbeiten als kleine Ganoven für den Landlord. Beide haben Schwierigkeiten, ihr Leben zu meistern - Fong ist ein notorischer Spieler (natürlich ziemlich erfolglos), Octopus kommt an keinem Rock vorbei und lässt sich regelmäßig von den Damen ausnehmen. Kein Wunder also, dass die beiden sich nur mühsam über Wasser halten können.
