Er ist mit seiner Kamera zugegen, wenn in der Küche außergewöhnliche Köstlichkeiten wie „Wilde Blaubeere und Ameisen“ und „Krosse Rentierflechte, Kräuter und Crème fraîche“ zubereitet werden, beobachtet René Redzepi und seine bunt zusammengewürfelte Küchen-Crew bei der Arbeit und rekapitulierte die Geschichte des „Noma“ mit all ihren Höhen und Tiefen.
