La persona que em pot facilitar la recerca és la meva àvia Leonor, però pateix una malaltia degenerativa el principal símptoma de la qual és la pèrdua de la memòria. Aquest fet m'obliga a buscar documentació en arxius, parlar amb testimonis, historiadors i sobretot aprofundir en la meva història personal, una família de dones soles, per reconstruir així una vida de la qual només tinc com a pista un nom. La primera sorpresa que m'emporto és en descobrir que el meu avi, Juan Arroniz, va ser afusellat per cometre tres atracaments a mà armada.

Quiñones appears at the end to interview the bystanders about their reactions. As the experiment goes on, psychology professors, teachers, or club members watch and discuss the video with Quiñones, explaining and making inferences on the bystanders' reactions.
