Hurja jengi koostuu viidestä konnasta. Jellystonen kansallispuiston kävijämäärä on laskenut, joten pormestari Brown on päättänyt sulkea puiston ja myydä sen maat. Se tarkoittaisi, että ihmiset eivät voisi enää nauttia ulkoilmaelämästä ja luonnon kauneudesta − ja mikä pahinta, Jogi ja hänen kumppaninsa Boo Boo potkittaisiin ulos ainoasta kodista, joka heillä on koskaan ollut.
