Tama Riaydi asuu 30-kerroksisen kerrostalon uumenissa. Jakan johtama erikoisjoukko saapuu kyseiselle talolle raskaasti aseistettuna ja melkein jokaisella on jotain hampaankolossa Tama Riaydia vastaan. Tietenkin tehtävä on luultua haasteellisempi, sillä rakennus on varsinainen linnake. Sen kaikkia käytäviä valvotaan ja ylimielinen Tama lietsoo kovaäänisen kautta talon asukkaita päästämään poliisit päiviltä. Vastineena hän lupaa ilmaisen vuokran ja toivottaa päälle työn iloa. Poliisit joutuvat luottamaan älyynsä ja aseettomaan taistelutaitoonsa selvitäkseen hengissä huipulle asti. Samalla alkaa myös valjeta, miksi poliisijohtaja Wahyulla on pakkomielle tappaa Tama.
