Elokuva kertoo Jack Tuliverista joka on koonnut entisistä erikoisjoukkojen sotilaista ryhmän, jonka kanssa he ryöstävät 20 miljoonaa romanialaisten kasinoiden rahoja. Alku näyttää lupaavalta ja kaikki menee suunnitelmien mukaan kunnes paikalle tulee toinen ryhmä, tarkoituksenaan ryöstää saalis Tuliverilta ja hänen ryhmältään. Alkaa armoton tulitaistelu jolloin ilmenee kohtalokas petos ja tämän seurauksena koko Tuliverin ryhmä tapetaan kadulle. Tuliver pystyy kuitenkin pakenemaan käyttäen sotilaspoliisi Kersantti Andersia ihmiskilpenään ja hänellä on myös mukana salaperäinen laukku, jota moni näyttää havittelevan.
