L'enfant terrible du cinéma japonais, Koji Wakamatsu, proche collaborateur de Nagisa Oshima, revient sur "l'incident d'Asama Sanso", prise d'otage notoire au Japon en 1972 - elle fut retransmise en direct par les télévisions japonaises plus de 10 heures durant - lors de laquelle une aubergiste fut retenue par cinq étudiants de l'Armée Rouge Unifiée (faction d'extrême-gauche prônant la lutte armée et liée à l'Armée Rouge Japonaise - futur organe du terrorisme international durant les années 70 et 80). Pourtant, les premières victimes des étudiants furent les étudiants eux-mêmes : avant le combat qui les opposa aux forces de police, quatorze jeunes gens étaient tombés, victimes du fanatisme de leurs leaders. Ce docu-fiction en trois actes, qu'accompagne une musique psychédélique électrisante signée Jim O'Rourke (Sonic Youth), illustre la radicalisation des universités au Japon dans les années 1960.

Aalwar, with revenge ringing in his mind, ends up as Shiva the killer, even while working as a ward boy in a hospital. Shiva is out to make a statement against the venal forces. He sees himself as some kind of avatar — in fact, he bumps off the baddies under the get-up's of Lord Rama and Lord Krishna. In climax, Shiva turns up as Lord Narasimha and bumps off the last villain by placing him on his thighs and ripping apart his bowels and chest with his sharp claws.

Puli helps his step sister in return for her unexpected help and vouches for her safety. The rival gangs kill Pulis step sister and put the blame on his father. How Puli brings the truth to limelight and unites with his family completes the rest of the movie.
