  Shadow Walkers is a highly suspenseful story of a group of lab technicians and military personnel who awaken in a subterranean laboratory with no memory of who they are. Hindered by the fact there is only limited electrical power, they struggle through the darkness where they uncover a hive of genetically mutated creatures that stalk them from the shadows. Bred for combat, these monsters are endowed with razor sharp talons and rows of jagged teeth capable of ripping a man apart. While avoiding danger at every turn, they begin to regain their memories, discovering the origin of the deadly creatures and the part they played in their creation.

  The plight of China’s Kazakh Muslims is little-known. But tens of thousands of them are locked up or missing in China’s Xinjiang province, alongside hundreds of thousands more Uyghurs. Now, whistle-blowers who worked inside mass detention units – so-called 're-education centres' - have revealed shocking accounts of ethnic Uyghur and Kazakh Muslims being subjected to horrifying abuse and systematic violence. Since 2014, Chinese authorities have been imprisoning Muslims in Xinjiang. Thousands of Kazakh muslims have been detained in 're-education' camps. Khalida Aqitqan's three sons are currently imprisoned: 'I don't know which prison they are in. I don't know if they are dead or alive'. Appalling treatment has been documented: 'There is evidence of mistreatment amounting to torture', says journalist Alison Killing.

  In 1978, after a string of gruesome cannibalistic killings, Detective William Sanders successfully brought the deformed killer known as Gore to justice. It is now 2009, he lives on as a legend in a city called Metsburg. A group of teenagers decide to embark on a road trip to the small town in search of the legendry house where Gore lived, but days later their mutilated remains are discovered by the police. There is, however, one survivor - a young girl who goes by the name of Alice. Now a beat cop, William Sanders is called on to the scene of the latest copycat murders based on his experience with the original Gore case. He can'tt stop the idea from forming in his mind that, Gore has returned. With nothing more than a hunch to prove Gore is still alive; William will have to put the pieces, or body parts, back together one more time. The unstable Alice has allegedly witnessed the slaughter of her friends. Is this a blessing, or is it a coincidence that is too good to be true?
