Roberto, introverso proprietario di un negozio di ferramenta, vive da vent'anni quasi senza contatti col mondo dopo un dramma che l'ha profondamente segnato. Per caso conosce Jun, un cinese appena arrivato in Argentina senza conoscere una parola di spagnolo, in cerca dell'unico parente ancora vivo, uno zio.
