Tijdens hun zoektocht naar lekkere "tree-sweets" botst Platvoet keihard tegen een boom aan. Alle bloesems vallen van de boom en de lekkere geur lokt de kleine Minisaurussen naar de vallei. De volwassen dinosaurussen geloven echter dat de Tinysauruses alle planten in de vallei willen opeten, en willen de kleintjes verjagen. Platvoet en zijn vriendjes proberen dit te voorkomen.

Balian, een jonge Franse smid, rouwt om het verlies van zijn vrouw en zijn jonge zoon.
