Een topteam van criminele dieren staat voor hun grootste uitdaging ooit: brave burgers worden. Het beruchte team van de Foute Jongens bestaat uit vijf vrienden: charmante zakkenroller Mr. Wolf, doorgewinterde kluizenkraker Mr. Snake, koele meester in vermommingen Mr. Shark, krachtpatser met een kort lontje Mr. Piranha en de scherpe ervaren hacker Ms. Tarantula, alias “Webs”. Na jarenlang ontelbare roofovervallen te hebben gepleegd, worden de meest gezochte criminelen toch een keer gepakt. Mr. Wolf sluit een deal om te voorkomen dat ze de gevangenis in moeten: de Foute Jongens worden goed. Begeleid door hun mentor Professor Marmalade, een arrogante (maar schattige!) cavia, proberen de Foute Jongens iedereen wijs te maken dat ze veranderd zijn. Maar intussen komt Mr. Wolf erachter dat goed doen hem de acceptatie oplevert die hij altijd al gewild heeft. Als er dan een nieuwe schurk de stad onveilig maakt, moet Mr Wolf de rest overtuigen om de 'Goede Jongens' te worden.
