Pieter de poolvos werkt in de postkamer van de Noordpool, maar hij heeft veel grotere dromen. Hij wil een Top Dog worden; elite koerier van de Noordpool. Om te bewijzen dat hij dat kan, levert hij een met van de sleden een mysterieus pakket af op een geheime locatie.
