  Voor zijn nieuwe film duikt Cédric Klapisch (Retour en Bourgogne) in de wereld van de dans. Klassiek ballet en moderne dans komen samen in een verhaal over hoop dat zich afspeelt tussen Bretagne en Parijs. De 26-jarige balletdanseres Élise loopt tijdens een voorstelling een blessure op en krijgt te horen dat ze waarschijnlijk nooit meer zal kunnen dansen. Ze is haar doel kwijt en moet haar leven een andere wending geven. Met hulp van vrienden vindt ze ander werk. Dat voert haar naar Bretagne waar ze een gezelschap voor moderne dans ontmoet. De nieuwe ervaringen en vriendschappen wakkeren het vuur weer in haar aan. Zal ze toch weer kunnen dansen? Hoofdrolspeelster Marion Barbeau is prima ballerina bij het beroemde ballet van de Parijse Opera. Daarnaast verzekerde Klapisch zich voor Encore van de samenwerking met choreograaf Hofesh Shechter en zijn gezelschap.

Jimmy Miller parks a recording truck next to Keith Richards and Anita Pallenberg's Blue Coast villa, and by June the band is in the basement a few days at a time. Upstairs, heroin, bourbon, and visitors are everywhere. The Stones, other musicians and crew, Pallenberg, and photographer Dominique Tarle, plus old clips and photos and contemporary footage, provide commentary on the album's haphazard construction.
