Konieczne jest przeprowadzenie akcji odbicia samolotu z rąk terrorystów i to jak najszybciej, dopóki samolot znajduje się nad oceanem, w przeciwnym wypadku konieczne będzie jego zestrzelenie przez siły powietrzne USA. Operacją dowodzi doświadczony płk.
