Erst danach kann er von den herbei geleiten Sicherheitsleuten überwältigt werden. Der "Attentäter" wird zuerst einem psychologischen Test unterzogen und schließlich ins Gefängnis gesteckt. Natürlich wird er schnell wieder frei gelassen. Die Aktion war ein voller Erfolg. Der Film beleuchtet die Vorbereitungen des Drahtseilaktes und zieht dafür seltene Archivaufnahmen heran.
