Viele Jahre lang stand der ehemalige Drogenbaron Joseph Salazar (Florin Piersic Jr.) an der Spitze eines berüchtigten Kartells, wo er mit krummen Geschäften international von sich reden machte. So starten Bruno und seine Männer einen Großangriff auf das Hotel, von dem der Ex-Drogenboss abgeholt werden soll, und verwandeln es in einen explosiven Kriegsschauplatz. Dabei wollen sie nicht nur ihren einstigen Chef, sondern auch jeden einzelnen DEA-Agenten ins Jenseits befördern.
