Die verstorbenen Herrscher entzögen den Soldaten ihre Energie, um damit ihre Kämpfe im Jenseits auszufechten.

Vor diesem tödlichen Zwischenfall begleitet der Zuschauer Oscar aber noch auf seiner Reise durch die Bay Area an einem ganz gewöhnlichen Tag, an dem er sich mit Problemen im Job, seiner Familie und den Vorbereitungen für eine unvergessliche Nacht beschäftigt.
