Michael Jackson’s legendary July 16, 1988 concert at Wembley Stadium. The concert is not a compilation of performances, but rather one complete show, exactly as Michael performed it for Prince Charles, Princess Diana and the 72,000 fans who were in the audience for that night’s sold out show. The DVD was sourced from Michael Jackson’s personal VHS copy of the performance as shown on the JumboTrons during the concert. This footage was only recently unearthed and is the only known copy of the show to exist. The visuals have been restored and the audio quality enhanced so that fans can share in the excitement of that famous night.

Il n'a pas fallu longtemps avant que les Stones ne se joignent à la scène. Les Rolling Stones tiennent leur nom d'un chanson de Muddy Waters. L'audio devint la base de l'album live « Paris » édité en 1980 mais la vidéo n'était encore jamais sortie. Transférée et restaurée en haute définition à partir de la captation originale en 16 mm, la vidéo est pour la première fois disponible pour les légions de fans de Supertramp. Le concert illustre bien les deux styles d écritures de Roger Hodgson et de Rick Davies, chacun interprétant sur scène les titres qu'il a composé. Remixé par Pete Henderson avec la collaboration de Russel Pope l'ingénieur du son de l'époque depuis les masters multipistes originaux. Ce concert culte d'un groupe de légende au sommet absolu de sa carrière est un must pour tout fan de Supertramp !

Jaroslav Kvapil’s libretto inspired Dvorak to compose a masterpiece, a compelling opera full of poignant lyricism and dramatic twists. Ádám Fisher and Stefan Herheim masterfully presented this ‘lyrical fairytale’ at La Monnaie in 2008. In this widely acclaimed interpretation, the fairytale elements sometimes assume frighteningly realistic dimensions so that one might see this enchanting production as a psychoanalytical study of male fantasies and female archetypes.
