Hij wil niet uit de gratie te raken bij de dictator die hij verafgoodt en richt zich op het radicaliseren van de aanhang en het misleiden van het Duitse volk met onder meer antisemitische films zoals ‘De Eeuwige Jood’. Tot aan de ondergang van Nazi-Duitsland in mei 1945, blijft Goebbels wanhopig vechten voor het imago van het fascisme.
