A jednak znalazł się człowiek, dla którego praca w szkole była marzeniem - tyle fajnych lasek! Ale marzenia rzadko się spełniają i zamiast trafić do klas maturalnych, nasz bohater został wychowawcą czternastolatków, którzy wysłali do szpitala już kilku nauczycieli. Eikichi Onizuka (22 lata, samotny, magister, były przywódca gangu motocyklowego) nie ma jednak zamiaru się poddać i zrobi wszystko, by szkoła stała się fajna.
